A neutral third party will assist with the mediation sessions out of court. Private meetings will be for sensitive communication.

Your Voice

The mediator will hold sessions with the parties to allow both parties to have an opportunity to give input into the agreement.

Impartiality

Before the mediation process begins, the parties must agree to mediate with the Mediator. The Mediator will not favor one party or force either party to compromise.
